Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrolments confirmed by invoice with Cloudsaasify Digital. Informational prices on this website do not create a purchase until we issue and you pay an invoice.

Timeframe

For Desk Pass (self-paced) enrolments, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two modules. For Cohort Seats, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first live session. After a live session begins, refunds are partial at most.

Full vs. partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of the enrolment fee when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds may apply if you withdraw after a cohort has started but before the midpoint; the amount reflects sessions delivered and materials released, typically 40–60% of the fee. Studio Retainer fees for a quarter already underway are generally not fully refundable once work has begun.

Non-refundable items

Custom contract sample packs created for your company, completed one-to-one clinics, and third-party examination fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable. Payment processing fees charged by banks may not be recoverable.

Refund process

Email contact@cloudsaasify.digital with your invoice number, enrolment name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days and outline the refund amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative transfer and may request additional verification.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds where materials were substantially downloaded and redistributed in breach of our Terms, where fraudulent payment activity is suspected, or where local law requires a different outcome. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under Hong Kong law.
